1 Year Old Photos

Today we had Keegan's One Year Old pictures taken at Portrait Innovations in Durham. I was determined to get some good pictures of Keegan since most of mine these days have him coming towards me! It took me and mom plus 2 or 3 of the workers there to keep his focus but here are some of the pictures we got! 

Keegan's First Visit to Santa Claus

Today we took Keegan to see Santa Claus for the first time. I asked around and found out that we could go to the Santa at Southpoint Mall in Durham and that they would let me take my own pictures and avoid paying $15 for one picture. He actually did very well with his visit, no crying at all. He definitely gave Santa some looks like "Who are you?" but no crying!

Keegans "First" Snow

Today we got a few inches of snow! The last time it snowed Keegan was only 2 months old so he had no idea what was going on, but today he was able to go out and "play" in the snow! 

First Trip to Moe's

One of our favorite restaurants is Moe's Southwest Grill. On the way back from Charlotte at Thanksgiving we were coming through Durham at lunch time so we stopped at Moe's for lunch. Keegan LOVED his soft taco, he ate almost the entire thing! 

Keegan's First Thanksgiving

This year we spent Thanksgiving Day in Matthews with Justin's family. We were able to have our meal early enough that Keegan was able to be a part of the meal (he goes to bed at 6 so we were excited that they were able to have a late lunch/early dinner kind of meal). Keegan is eating pretty much everything we eat at this point so he had the same thing as everyone else for his meal! He loved his turkey and stuffing and sweet potatoes the most.

The next day, Mimi took us to the Charlotte Nature Museum, which is a place that she took Justin and his siblings when they were growing up. I think it was fun for both her and Justin to show Keegan a place where they used to go when Justin was a kid. Keegan of course enjoyed it. He really likes going to museums.

Thanksgiving Vacation in Greensboro

Before heading to Matthews for Thanksgiving Day we spent a few days in Greensboro with my family. Keegan enjoyed spending time with his grandparents, as they did with him!
